
Jacob’s Creek Wine Label
Revitalisation of a wine brand/label to appeal to a younger audience.

The brief for this project was definitely a challenge, revitalising a wine brand to suit a younger demographic of drinkers. I took two existing wines from ‘Jacob’s Creek’ wines, and created a new label that appeals to primarily women who drink alcohol from ages 18-25. The process involved lots of researching and gathering survey data, and continuous experimentation and testing.

Since I was appealing to younger females, I created a two pack of mini bottle versions of the wines to stick with the cute, feminine feel. 18-25 year olds typically lean more towards alcohol that is easier to drink (e.g. premixed drinks). I already chose lighter wines, Prosecco Spritz and Moscato, and made them into piccolo bottles. I also took inspiration from the ‘Cruisers’ drinks, with their bright package designs.
